BSc (Hons)Rehabilitation in Sport and Exercise
Emily is a graduate Sports Rehabilitator from the University of St Mark and St John, Plymouth and has gained experience working with professional athletes, disabled athletes and members of the general public. She has worked within a clinic, assisting at local marathons and pitch-side for many teams including basketball and lacrosse.
Emily enjoys working with a variety of clients and creating individual rehabilitation programmes in addition to performing ‘hands-on’ and taping techniques, in order to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys swimming, badminton, teaching life-saving and being a leader in Girlguiding.
Maggie graduated as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1986 and has worked in health care ever since. She qualified as a reflexologist at the Oxford School of Reflexology in 2006. She is a member of the Association of Reflexology and now only uses reflexology in her practice.
She is passionate about the benefits of this non-invasive therapy and the close relationship between mind and body.
