Are you a Honey Bee or a Poisonous Dart?

Are you a Honey Bee or a Poisonous Dart?

Forget giving up the booze or meat for January the one thing that will undoubtedly make your wellbeing, your relationships, your entire life better is to STOP whinging, moaning, criticising, complaining and angry language.

When you indulge in any of the above your words spread like an unwanted virus to all those around you. You infect them with your bad energy and then they fall prey and sneeze out unhappiness in their wake. Words can be honey or poison.

Uplift

How different life is when we uplift someone with a kind word, or give a genuine compliment. Imagine if we could instil confidence into every person we are able to. Every time we lift someone else we receive a blessing too, as not only will their self image grow but ours will too.

Gracious

Let’s be gracious and forgiving as much as we can. That person who cut you up on the road to work, may have just heard some bad news or simply not seen you. Shouting abuse at the windscreen just steams it up as well as yourself!! But maybe they really are horribly arrogant, and so you can feel sorry for them that they choose to live their life that way.

Stress Hurts

Words affect our body too- our muscles tighten up with stress as we hold onto the negative feelings within us. Leaning to let go of all that is not really important, can relax you, so breath it out.

It sounds simple but it’s not easy, but it will reap rewards as you remember what Bambi’s mother said to him

“If you can’t say nothing nice, then say nothing at all”

Bee Kind

Imagine a world where we are all kind to each other, where we encourage, we uplift, where we are generous and gracious to each other? One person can make a difference.

Lets Bee(!) Honey Bees this year
