Rebeca is dual qualified as a Certified Athletic Trainer and Doctor of Physiotherapy. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine, she spent two years treating and rehabilitating athletes. She then attended the University of Southern California, earning her doctorate in Physiotherapy.
Upon completion of her second degree she became the Director of Physiotherapy for the US Men’s National (Olympic) Volleyball Team before gaining further experience in private physiotherapy clinics in southern California.She has spent the past 5 years treating patients here in England.
Rebeca’s specialist interests are:
- Sports Injuries
- Patellofemoral (knee) pain
- Foot and ankle pain
- Shoulder pain
Rebeca enjoys rock climbing, and runs and cycles to keep fit. Her favorite hobby is volunteering as a high ropes course instructor at Hole in the Wall Gang Camps (camps for children with chronic illnesses).
