This week we welcomed Mr Raman Dega and Mr Callum Clark from the Windsor Foot and Ankle Clinic. Talks on Plantar Fasciitis and Ankle Injuries were followed by an interesting Q and A. If you have kids let them go barefoot as much as possible. It’s interesting to note that the cultures that rarely wear shoes, have very low incidences of foot injuries or plantar fasciitis. Our ‘western’ shoes do not do us any favours.
