With the situation changing daily we are aware that many of you will be concerned about getting treatment and will be staying at home.
The health of our staff and patients is paramount and this has always been the case. We have always worked in a highly clinical environment.
However, in these extraordinary times we are aware some of you will not wish to wait in reception. We ask that you call us when you get to the clinic in the car park and your clinician will come and get you in the conservatory. Please wash your hands before entering the clinic.
We are aiming to operate at normal unless advised to do otherwise.
We would appreciate card payments to minimise cash handling.
Only if you are self funding we are able to offer a telephone consultation . Unfortunately we are unable to do so for Insurance patients as our contracts are only for ‘hands on’ treatment.
We will be evaluating the situation daily and hope to continue serving the local community as long as we can.
