14 Dec Why didn’t I do this week 1?
- Look after your joints and muscles. Balance weighty bags and put them across your body if possible. Keep your knees bent whilst lifting.
- Wear your best clothes. Those clothes that make you feel good not the ballgown or tux. Even if it’s just your favourite undies why keep them for ‘best’.
- As time gets shorter, reward yourself more frequently. Little things like a walk in the garden for 5 minutes can help you relax the mind and prioritise the tasks ahead. The non smoker break where you take 5 minutes to deep breathe and connect with yourself.
