Tara Lawson graduated from the University of Brighton in 2007. She gained experience in a wide range of musculoskeletal problems working in private clinics and hospitals as well as working with a rugby team for several seasons.
Tara’s specialist interests are;
- Shoulder Injuries
- Knee Injuries
- Post orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation
- Womens Health
She has worked closely with several orthopaedic consultants over the past 5 years and gained much experience of different surgeries as well as assessing and rehabilitating trauma and biomechanical issues.
Tara enjoys keeping fit through yoga, pilates, running and circuit training as well as running after her two young children!
