For New Patients Initial Assessment, Diagnosis & Treatment (45 mins) £79

Previous Patients or require shorter time (30 mins) £64

RPW Shockwave Therapy

3 Treatments £275 following initial and/or subsequent treatments as above

Single treatments with no additional physiotherapy £85

For patients using Private Medical Insurance- Authorisation MUST be obtained prior to Shockwave treatment as it is separate from physiotherapy authorisation

Please note:
If you are using Private Medical Insurance we are restricted to standard treatment times.
If you are paying for treatment yourself YOU are free to choose your treatment length.
If you have a particularly acute problem or multiple injuries e.g. both your shoulder and knee need treatment you can take advantage of a longer session to enable full treatment to be given to both areas. This will save you much time and speed up the healing process.
Payment is at the time of treatment unless you are claiming on healthcare insurance.


We will bill your healthcare insurance company directly in the majority of cases.

Please note we no longer take referrals from BUPA or Vitality. But you are welcome to come as a self-funded patient.

Please note you are responsible for  any excess on your policy, and we will bill you directly once notified by your healthcare company.


If you have private healthcare insurance please check your policy entitlements as you may need authorisation or a GP referral letter before attendance for treatment. For Corporate policies please refer to your HR department who will be able to help you on procedure.

Payment & cancellations

Payment is required at the time of consultation if you are uninsured. We are recognised by all major insurers and in most cases, we will invoice them directly for you. You will be invoiced for any excess on your policy. Please check your policy for your excess contribution.


Cancellations: 24 hours notice is required. After this period a fee applies.
